Founded in 1979, the Wisconsin Women’s Network, a coalition of organizations and individuals, advances the status of women and girls in Wisconsin through communication, education, and advocacy.

The Wisconsin Women’s Network facilitates communication among its supporters and partners to strengthen our voices while we work together on issues promoting equity and justice for women and their families.

We see our organization has having two important facets.  First, we serve as a coalition of organizations across Wisconsin that are working to improve the lives of women and girls in our state.  We promote the work of these organizations through collaborative efforts, educational events, and by bolstering their projects and programs via our social media accounts and our eBulletin.

Second, we promote our mission through our own unique programming. From our Wisconsin Women's Policy Institute to our Brown Bag lunch series, we work to educate others on the status of Wisconsin's women and to push closer and closer toward equality.  We are a nonpartisan, 501c(3) organization, and our programs serve to promote nonpartisan efforts.
